Buying
How do I place an order?
Browse products, click "Add to Cart", then proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in to complete your purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and mobile money options including MTN MoMo. Payment options may vary by region.
Is it safe to shop on Zumbu?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with TLS and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. We never store your card details.
Orders & Delivery
How do I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders to view your order status and tracking information once the seller dispatches your item.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery times depend on the seller's location and the courier used. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact the seller first through your order page. If the issue isn't resolved within 5 business days, open a dispute with our support team.
Returns & Refunds
What is the returns policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Check the seller's individual returns policy on their store page.
How do I request a refund?
Go to My Account → Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the return has been approved and the item received by the seller.
Selling
How do I start selling on Zumbu?
Register as a seller at zumbu.africa/seller/onboard. You'll need a valid ID, bank account details, and at least one product to list.
What are the selling fees?
We charge a platform commission on completed sales. The exact rate is shown during seller onboarding and varies by category.
When do I get paid?
Payments are disbursed to your registered bank account within 3–5 business days after an order is marked as delivered.
